Thi Thannh Vu developed a keen interest in visual arts from a young age. Growing up in Vietnam, at 18 she left her country to go to Switzerland to continue her studies in Fine Arts and then at the Haute École d’arts & de design in Geneva.

She obtained her bachelor’s degree in fashion design at HEAD Geneva Haute école d’arts et de design Geneva in 2008. She did a master’s degree in luxury design marketing at HEAD in 2012.

After more than 15 years working as a fashion designer, Thi Thanh wanted to draw on her resources in art and painting to explore emotions, desire, sensuality, fantasy & intimacy through her works.

Thi Thanh who reintroduces tenderness, passion and authenticity in her representation of eroticism. Her works invite viewers to reflect on the nuances of emotions and imagine the story behind each caress and each look.

Creations dotted with all the colors that call for a more human and subtle dimension, while allowing us to find ourselves in the diversity of expressions of desire, tenderness and joy. So many forms that rarely represent the color of the skin.
